tkppk Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and User Agreement

Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the tkppk platform, accessible at tkppk.com and any associated mobile or web applications operated under the tkppk brand. The Terms form a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and tkppk (the "Platform" or "we" or "us"). By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service offered by tkppk, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full.

tkppk reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the Platform will notify registered account holders via the email address or contact method associated with their account. Your continued use of the tkppk platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between any translated or paraphrased version of these Terms and the English-language original, the English-language version shall prevail in all cases. If you do not understand any part of these Terms, you should seek independent clarification before using the tkppk platform.

By accepting these Terms, you also confirm that you have read and agree to the tkppk Privacy Policy and the tkppk Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form an integral part of the agreement between you and tkppk.

Section 2

Eligibility and Age Restriction

The tkppk platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or use any service offered by tkppk. This age restriction applies to all players regardless of location, and is a non-negotiable condition of access. 18+

By creating a tkppk account, you warrant and represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You are registering the account solely for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You have not previously been excluded from the tkppk platform or any related platform operated under the tkppk brand.
• All registration information you provide is accurate, complete and up to date.

tkppk employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm the identity and age of all account holders. Players may be required to submit government-issued identification documents — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport or driving licence issued in Bangladesh — before withdrawal requests can be processed or before access to certain platform features is granted.

If tkppk determines at any point that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the payment method used for deposit, after deduction of any bonuses claimed or winnings accrued during the period of underage use. tkppk takes underage gambling seriously and operates a zero-tolerance policy.

Players from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh and all other regions of Bangladesh are equally subject to the eligibility requirements set out in this section. Geographic location within Bangladesh does not affect the applicability of these Terms.

Section 3

Account Registration and Security

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) tkppk account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, device identifiers or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure, and any balances or pending withdrawals associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a contact number. You must keep this information up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure.

Account Verification (KYC)

tkppk operates a mandatory identity verification process in accordance with its anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. You may be asked to submit the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle, but particularly before your first withdrawal:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or Bangladesh driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement or government-issued document showing your name and residential address in Bangladesh, dated within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank account used for deposits.

tkppk commits to processing KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe. Delays in submitting requested documentation will result in delays to withdrawal processing. Players who fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a formal request being issued may have their account restricted or suspended.

Password and Login Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tkppk login credentials. You must choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service. tkppk recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for an additional layer of security. tkppk will never contact you to request your password, PIN or full payment details through any channel. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must contact tkppk support immediately via live chat or at [email protected].

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on the tkppk platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tkppk supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank-issued debit and credit cards from institutions including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change at the Platform's discretion.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on tkppk is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though individual payment method providers may impose their own transaction ceilings. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad and Rocket are typically credited to your tkppk account balance within 60 seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. tkppk does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Funds deposited into your tkppk account are held for gaming purposes only. The Platform does not pay interest on account balances. Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the originating payment method upon identification.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. tkppk aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours; in practice, most withdrawals to bKash, Nagad and Rocket wallets complete within minutes of approval.

tkppk reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds or that display patterns consistent with money laundering or bonus abuse. During such checks, the withdrawal request may be placed on hold for up to 5 business days while verification is completed. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to an enhanced review.

Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the bonus in question. Withdrawal of bonus-derived funds prior to satisfying wagering requirements is not permitted. Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from the account balance.

Currency and Exchange

All account balances, bets, winnings and promotional values on tkppk are denominated in BDT. tkppk does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. If a payment provider processes a transaction in a currency other than BDT, any resulting conversion is the responsibility of the payment provider, and tkppk accepts no liability for exchange rate differences.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

tkppk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Bangladesh players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal campaigns timed to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh and T20 World Cup fixtures. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is presented, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the promotion page or in the communication through which the bonus was offered.
• Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to the account. Bonuses that remain unwagered after this period will be automatically removed from the account balance.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage as stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are available to new accounts only. Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once across their lifetime on the platform.
• tkppk reserves the right to withdraw, amend or suspend any promotion at any time, including where there is evidence of promotional abuse or where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect bonus being issued.

Bonus Abuse

tkppk takes a firm stance against bonus abuse. Behaviours that constitute bonus abuse include — but are not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim a single-use bonus more than once, using automated software to complete wagering requirements, deliberately exploiting game mechanics to achieve a risk-free wagering pattern, and coordinating with other players to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings removed, and may be permanently closed without prior notice.

Section 6

Prohibited Conduct and Fraud

tkppk maintains a secure and fair gaming environment for all Bangladesh players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent Deposits: Using stolen, cloned or unauthorised payment credentials to fund a tkppk account.
• Money Laundering: Using the tkppk platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or to structure transactions in a manner designed to obscure the origin of funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players at live casino tables, poker rooms or in sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Cheating Software: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, screen-reading software or any other technology to gain an advantage in games or to automate betting activity.
• Exploitation of Software Errors: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches or errors in the platform software. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown software error are void and will be removed from the account.
• Identity Fraud: Creating an account using another person's identity, submitting forged or manipulated KYC documents, or impersonating a tkppk employee or representative.
• Chargeback Fraud: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with a payment provider after funds have been successfully deposited and used for gaming activity on the tkppk platform.
• Underage Access: Attempting to access the tkppk platform while under 18 years of age, or assisting a minor in accessing the platform.

tkppk employs real-time fraud detection systems that monitor transactions, gameplay patterns and account behaviour continuously. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, tkppk may freeze an account, withhold pending withdrawals and conduct an internal investigation prior to taking further action. Players subject to investigation will be notified where disclosure does not compromise the investigation process.

Section 7

Account Suspension and Closure

tkppk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive or prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder under the tkppk Responsible Gaming Policy.
• A court order, regulatory instruction or law enforcement request requiring the account to be restricted or closed.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their tkppk account voluntarily may do so by contacting tkppk support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid out to the player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal or gaming activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 consecutive months. tkppk will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder at the registered email address before classifying an account as inactive. Inactive accounts may be subject to an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month after the initial 12-month inactivity period, applied until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to maintain an active account status.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

The tkppk platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While tkppk makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform operates without interruption and that all games, payment systems and account features function as intended, the Platform does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical defects at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkppk's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their tkppk account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tkppk accepts no liability for any of the following, regardless of the cause:

• Loss of winnings or account balance arising from platform downtime, maintenance, technical failure or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials, including losses caused by unauthorised access to an account that was not reported to tkppk support promptly.
• Indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages of any nature arising from the use of or inability to use the tkppk platform.
• Losses arising from a player's reliance on inaccurate game descriptions, odds displays or promotional materials where the inaccuracy was caused by a technical error.
• Issues arising from a player's internet connection, mobile device, operating system or third-party software that affect their ability to access or use the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes tkppk's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the tkppk platform. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through tkppk's internal complaints process should be escalated in writing to [email protected]. tkppk commits to responding to formal written complaints within 10 business days of receipt.
